How to request deletion of your data

Send the request to zambet@alpindent.ro with the subject Meta data deletion request.

1. Include enough information to identify the relevant data, such as the phone number associated with WhatsApp and, where applicable, your email address.

2. Do not include unnecessary sensitive medical information in the request.

3. After verification, eligible data will be deleted in accordance with applicable legal requirements. Information that must be retained by law may be kept until the applicable retention period expires.

What the request may cover

The request may cover data associated with the Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform integration, including technical identifiers, contact details or messaging information processed through authorized platform functionality.
